RAWS' mission is to eradicate widespread health disparities in urban communities, particularly among minorities. We achieve this by implementing impactful programs, such as after-school sessions, an annual diabetes awareness conference, and RAWS Jrs. Our goal is to empower students with knowledge, skills, and resources, addressing barriers to health equity and promoting overall well-being. Through comprehensive initiatives and community collaboration, we aim to bridge gaps, combat systemic issues, and create lasting change in the lives of minority children in Michigan.
