We are very delighted to report the successful progress of the initiative taken by ISKCON Varanasi for providing free food, education, and scholarships to youths of Varanasi.

As a part of this project, We have provided free accommodation facilities to 300+ youths, free food facilities to 3000+ youths. We have also been supporting meritorious and needy youths with scholarships, we have provided scholarships worth INR 15,00,000 in the last few years. Our software and skill training workshops have been attended by 1200+ students which helps them to build a successful career.

In the last quarter, 60+ youths have availed the free accommodation facilities, 150+ have been provided with free food facilities, and scholarships worth INR 2,00,000 have been awarded to needy students.

Last quarter again was greatly affected and in lockdown due to COVID-19 wave 2.

To help youths in this distressful situation we organized different online seminars on leaving healthy life, dealing with anxiety, and entrepreneurship & startups; where we invited experts from different fields to help students understand different aspects for leading a successful career which was attended by 250+ students from different colleges.

We also conducted online meditation sessions to help students increase their focus and reduce anxiety. These sessions have benefitted 300+ students in recent months.

We are very thankful to our donors, experts from different fields to join us, and volunteers who helped us to reach out and help more and more youths to shape their life and career.

HELPING HANDS IN COVID WAVE 2

We are delighted to report about successful Food Relief Programs to provide Free Hygienic Food to villagers conducted by ISKCON Varanasi. In this time of global crisis, the people in slums and nearby villages where the source of income is daily wage were badly affected. Last quarter the Pandemic had taken a dangerous form and was engulfing more and more people into its jaws. With your supports, we were extended our hands to support our friends in this fight.


ISKCON Varanasi has been continuing its food distribution program to different areas and nearby villages, since last year from the beginning of the Corona pandemic. We provided free daily meals, whole grains, and sanitizing materials to underprivileged brothers and sisters. 

During the last quarter, we were distributed around 5000+ plates of free meals to nearby villages and slums. We were going out there daily and helping the villagers with food, awareness, and sanitation kits.
We also distributed 3000+ Sanitizing kits.
We distributed 2000 Kg of Grains to the villagers.

We are very thankful to all our generous donors and brave volunteers and local administration for their valuable support in this time of dire need.

Helping families fight COVID Wave 2

We are delighted to report about the successful initiative to feed 100 labor families during Covid-19 by ISKCON Varanasi. In this time of global crisis, the labor families have to struggle a lot because they don't have any work due to Lockdowns everywhere.

Our Volunteers were going to nearby slums and villages to reach out to more and more labor families. We provided free daily meals, whole grains, and sanitizing materials to underprivileged brothers and sisters. 


During the last quarter, we feed 150+ labor families continuously. We were going out there daily and helping the villagers with food, awareness, and sanitation kits. We also conducted awareness programs for them to safeguard COVID.
We also distributed 2000+ Sanitizing kits to those families.
We also provided free 1000+ Kgs of Grains to those labor families.

We are very thankful to all our generous donors and brave volunteers and local administration for their valuable support in this time of dire need.
