From December 2017, the Foundation is the leading entity of LON saint Stanislaw Kostka- School for Polish children from abroad - Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries from which Polish families return to their country. The school has 160 students, of which 130 lives in the school's dormitory. Learning at school, in the homeland of their ancestors is a dream come true not only for the students themselves but for their entire families. The high school is a private educational institution, for which students do not pay. The school is being partially financed by educational subsidies. Due to the difference in living situation and money value between Poland and countries where student's families are living and working, they are not able to make any payments to keep the dormitory, which is why the Foundation collects funds to provide children with food, guardians care, psychological care, medical care and accommodation. We also take care of their sustainable development by supporting various additional activities. In 2018, the school celebrated the 25th anniversary of the existence and the 15th anniversary of work for the Poles from the east returning to their homeland. Spouse of the President of the Republic of Poland Agata Kornhauser-Duda took the event the Honorary Pateronate. During the ceremony, Mrs. President handed the 44th copy of the "Great Patriotic Book" to the School Director. The book was published only in 1,918 pieces edition and was handed over to institutions or persons of particular merit for his contribution to the homeland. http://fundacjadlapolonii.pl/uroczysty-jubileusz-25-lecie-istnienia-lon-kolegium-sw-stanislawa-kostki-i-15-lecie-dzialalnosci-szkoly-na-rzecz-polakow-ze-wschodu/?preview_id=2804&preview_nonce=b1adc75d91&post_format=standard&_thumbnail_id=2812&preview=true
