Mission Our mission is to design and implement transformative education solutions that foster learning fulfillment, violence and radicalization prevention, and societal peace. Goals We aim for three deeply interconnected, symbiotic goals through Education: ► student and teacher fulfillment and self-realization ► violence and radicalization prevention ► culture of peace development. We are convinced that these three goals each contribute to alleviating fear and suffering, developing fulfillment and providing serenity. Our approach is both systemic and practical: We bring these three goals together into one coherent whole, called "Full Quality Education" for empowering teachers, students and community and we do so by developing proven learning resources and implementing nationwide teacher-training. In doing so, we contribute to the following UN 2030 Developmental Goals: ► Quality Education (SDG4), which we push further and widen the scope ► Societal inclusion and equity (SDG 5 and 10) ► Peace through violence prevention and justice (SDG 16) ► Wellbeing in school and in society (SDG 3), which requires a shift change in teaching focus. I. Bring about Full Quality Education 1. Design and implement Full Quality Education resources and training programs beyond Quality Education (SDG4) by encompassing: ► student and teacher fulfillment ► violence and radicalization prevention ► culture of peace development. 2. Empower teachers and students from the earliest school age. 3. Engage parents and community towards these goals. Student and teacher fulfillment We work to: ► uplift teaching goals and put emphasis on emotional and discernment competencies. ► transform teaching postures and methods to experiential, nurturing, inclusive ones. ► refocus learning on self-development, self-realization, empowerment, fulfillment ► develop meaningfulness, a sense of belonging and distinction from AI-run robots ► focus on the student competencies required for the 21st century, beyond digital skills : humaneness, discernment, creative solving + engagement. Violence and radicalization prevention We work to dramatically reduce: ► school-induced suffering of students/teachers/school staff. ► diversity-induced violence (identity, gender, handicap, social, learning ability) ► tensions between cultures. Culture of peace development We work to: ► develop a culture of peace mindset in students and teachers of all opinions and creeds. II. Prevent violence and radicalization by what is taught: ► Replace the norm - from violence to harmony - through transformative education and training. ► Engage parents and community in accompanying this educational transformation. We work to: 1. Develop the peace culture values, norms and competencies of students and teachers, and in particular those based on human values and competencies, that enable them to recognize, anticipate, prevent, defuse, appease and replace violence in all its forms. by how teachers teach, interact and sanction. 2. Spread a culture of peace mindset beyond non-violence ► Empower education authorities and teachers to replace the common view that peace culture is a topic to the in-depth view that the peace culture approach is pivotal for improving learning performance, preventing societal violence and creating geocultural harmony ► Reinforce nurturing, violent-free teaching authority for developing safe and peaceful learning environments. ► Develop the human values, attitudes and competencies of students that foster reciprocity, openness, intercultural fluency, convergence, and harmonious social cohesion. ► Practice Child Rights and Human Rights in the classroom through experiential learning and interacting. ► Focus students on nature and planet. Motivate them to appreciate nature, care for the planet, understand and feel the interconnections, and engage for healthy, equitable and sustainable development.
