Slowly but Surely

Slowly but Surely the Rabondo Learning Center project is moving.  Our major focus since February is to get the word out to more people while we seek donations of serviceable laptop computers.

The building to house the Center needs only interior work to begin classes.

We know the story of the turtle and the hare.  So steadily we march to the finish.

Camp Forest is waking up!  Summer is near. Though snow is still covering the campsite. The deer and squirrel are finding the remaining acorns as the snow slowly disappears, Camp is waking up from its long winter hibernation. Two week long expeditions are planned to provide opportunities for children from around the world to come and spend a week in the Maine woods.July 18 - 22   is  Beaver Expedition and August 21 - 27  is the  North Woods Expedition.

Seven weeks of Day Camp begin on June 27.

View the Camp Website, register for Camp, spread the word, donate so low income children can receive campership assistance to attend Camp Forest 2011.
