The Lambi Fund's mission is to assist the popular democratic movement in Haiti. The Lambi Fund provides financial resources, training and technical assistance to peasant-led community organizations that promote the social and economic empowerment of the Haitian people.

Haiti has upward of 65% unemployment. The rate is even higher among women in the rural areas. Lambi Fund in partnership with local organizations will reinforce micro credit funding for women to initiate or reinforce their small business enterprises. They will receive training in managing their selected revenue stream investments. This project will create revenue for these women to care for themselves and their families. Repair/restore food producing gardens in Haiti
 
In the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew, that left ravaged gardens, destroyed houses, Lambi Fund with 20 years of experience working with farmers in rural Haiti, will develop an immediate response to meet basic needs of farming organizations at the onset; and repair/restore food production gardens, improve top soil to maintain food production. Build 20 Water Cisterns for 1800 families in Haiti
 
This project will build 20 4,500 gallon water cisterns in drought-ravaged Northwest Haiti where the burden of collecting water falls on the girls and women. Mesie walks six hours each day to collect water for her family. She cannot go to school. In its 20 years, Lambi has helped 2,000,000+ Haitians become more self-sufficient, and planted 2,000,000 tree seedlings.
