Chairman provides guidelines to the Executive Director. Executive Director is the managerial head of the organization and as well project planning supervision and implementation into the field level and policy dialog making with the government and partners & donors. The Executive Committee supervises the overall progress of the project activities. Executive Director distributes task and assignment to the management resource and he closely cooperate by Program Director, Coordinator, Program Officer and others responsible staff from the field level.
