Warm greetings and thank you for your generous support to our project providing food to 200 hungry children. The condition of poor families with limited resources and small farms is deteriorating because of abrupt and severe weather patterns cause by changes in the climate. Few months back we have severe drought that kills the plants and make so many people go hungry. This reporting period, the occurence of typhoons is frequent, destroying crops and livestock and making farming a losing investment for most families. In order to provide imediate assistance we organized food distribution teams and deploy them in barrios that have many children without food. We were able to assist a total of 72 children in this manner.
Hoping for your continuing support.

Providing food supply
By Jed Christian Z. Sayre - Project Leader
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generosity in supporting our work feeding starving children. We are aiming to nurture vulnerable children and provide them needed sustenance in order for them to become productive adults. If we don't respond to their needs now, they will have severe health and mental difficulties when they grow as adults and their families as well as the communities where they are living will gain negative impact. This reporting period, we provided 65 children and their families with weekly supply of eggs coming from local farms. Eggs have very high protein and with the supply, we are predicting improvement in the health of these children. We thank much local supporters of this initiative and we hope too to get additional support from friends living abroad.
Hoping for your continuing generosity.

Promoting indigenous vegetables
By Jed Christian Sayre - Project Leader
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project transforming the young into eco-warriors and eco-leaders. Leadership is very urgent and crucial here especially with the effects of climate change negatively resulting to poor harvests, massive crop losses and poverty of small-scale, marginal farming families. This reporting period, we focused on educating the youth in growing and utilizing highly nutritious vegetables that are growing naturally in the hillsides. In this way, nutritious food in the table is not only free but are not sprayed with harmful chemicals to kill insects since these vegetables naturally survive without being susceptible to insect attacts. Shown here is that type of vegetable called talinum which is a nutrient powerhouse.
Hoping for your continuing support to this initiative.
