Mission

Medishare is dedicated to sharing human and technical resources to achieve quality healthcare for all. In order to succeed in an environment such as Haiti, partnerships with community-based organizations and local partners is essential. 'Top down' externally imposed programs will not succeed and improving health cannot be addressed without also addressing its social, cultural & economic context. Programs must also be culturally acceptable, utilize realistic technologies & be cost effective.
