We are grateful to you for donating monthly food provisions for the neglected elderly persons through GlobalGiving USA 501c3 tax deductible organization.

12years ago we have started our journey to support neglected elderly persons by donating monthly groceries for their survival. We have been working for destitute old age persons in various slums and rural villages by serving various activities like midday meal for poor old age people, monthly food provisions sponsorship to neglected senior citizens, winter blankets to the poor older persons, groceries kits to the leprosy patients in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.

As it is ongoing initiative we sponsor 20 older people in Pasupala village with monthly groceries including Sona Masoori Rice, raw pulses, grains, seeds of peas, Tamarind, lentils, spices, bathing soaps, detergent soaps, coconut oil, cooking oil, ground nuts, rice flour, ata, seasonal fruits, vegetables, biscuits. In the month of first week we segregate all the food provisions & other material and we gather all the older people at one place in Pasupala village and conduct the program. Monthly groceries which we sponsor old age people, their health standards have been improved. We are able to achieve our goals and objectives because of your timely generosity and sponsorships towards neglected senior citizens.

We are very much thankful for your donations for the COVID-19 Relief through GlobalGiving. In the countless stories of feeding the hungry, this one will remain close to the heart long after Corona Virus pandemic comes to an end. Since March 2020 various lockdowns & bandh in Kurnool, the SERUDS team of 25 conducted a quality assessment of poorer families which are hit the worst due to the current pandemic totally 870 families benefited from this Relief Support.

In different locations of Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh have been working Covid Relief for the daily wage workers & migrant labourers. With your donations we are feeding the hungry by donating groceries kits. The bottom-line beneficiaries in this group of 870 include scavengers, auto drivers, construction labourers, construction site labourers, slum dwellers were benefited from this initiative. Covid-19 Coronavirus Relief Sponsorship included 5 Kg Rice, 1Kg Sugar, 1kg Salt, 1 Ltr Sunflower Cooking Oil, 1 KG Atta, 1 Kg Dal, 4 Lifeboy Soaps, Handwash, Masks, Sanitizers.

Our volunteers & staff always bring so much energy and it gives us a lot of happiness when the next generation take the chances to make a difference. We are all extending our vision and benevolence to help impact and benefit the slum dwellers in various locations. On a recent visit to a railway station road, we have distributed and emphasized on the importance of Sanitation which included Masks, Water, Sanitizers and Hand Washes to the homeless people. Many of the places, migrant workers and daily wage worker families haven’t received any support as they are slightly off the beaten path and that’s where we will keep supporting and extending our covid-19 relief. Your kindness & sponsorship needed to donate groceries kits to the daily wage earners of meagre income jobs and migrant workers.

We are grateful and delightful for all your donations for the poor children in daycare centers through GlobalGiving. 11years ago started this initiative since then we never look back even in the critical circumstances when the program used to run in very tough situations. We have been running 3 day care centers for the kids of poor working women. As part of our regular initiatives in the remote rural places we constantly identify the poor families and we motivate them to leave their kids in our creche centers, otherwise they take children along with them to the construction sites and they used to play in unhygienic locations.

We motivate parents regularly through interactions at creches to drop their children at creche centers morning at 9.30am when they go to vocation, and they take the children once they come back at 4pm to homes. Three child care centers for the age group of 1 to 6 years with 25 children to take care by two care takers in each center. Parents goes to the work places by 9.30 am and come back by 4 pm to work as daily wage labourers in nearby places till then the children keep at our child care premises safely and we provide snacks, nutritious food, pre-primary education with toys to these children. Children are habituated proper combing, learning alphabets, rhymes, identifying the fruits through educating charts, wearing cleanly washed clothes.
