Funding Goal Reached

You did it again. After exceeding our initial goal of raising $5,000, we raised $6,560, getting past our final goal of $6,500. On the GlobalGiving Open Challenge that ended last night, we received 151 contributions from 141 people, making us the fourth in terms of unique donations.

We have begun initial discussion with school headmaster to plan for the construction. Needless to say, he, as well as the school teachers and students are very excited.

We will keep you informed of the progress we make.

Exceeded our Goal. Thank You.

With your generous support, we exceeded our original goal of raising $5,000 to build the school in Nepal. Thank you so much for your compassion and kindness. In the coming days and months, we will continue to update you of the progress the construction process makes.

In the meantime, the current Global Challenge ends in the next five days and we are running fourth in terms of the highest numbers of donors. If we were top three, we would to win one of the three awards - $3,000, $2,000 and $1,000. We are close to this goal.

Please do ask a your friends or family to donate $10. If each of us got only one person to donate $10 - we would win the challenge.

All the funds will support our educational efforts in Nepal.

In the future, please look for Sarvodaya projects in GlobalGivng.org Please accept our gratitude for making this project reality and enabling 381 children find a school near their homes.
