This project aims to raise and plant one hundred thousand (100,000) trees across 2 communities in Ebonyi state Nigeria to reverse deforestation, mitigate climate change impacts and restore degraded community lands in the state, south east Nigeria. The project will work with community members to raise indigenous tree seedlings, train them on tree nursery operations and empower them to preserve existing forest reserves and their biodiversity.
