NCLR is a national legal organization committed to advancing the civil and human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and their families through litigation, legislation, policy, and public education. This application is for our Born Perfect program. Born Perfect is the leading campaign to end conversion therapy. We are survivors, lawyers, and policy experts working together to protect LGBTQ+ people nationally and around the globe through legislation, litigation, media, and public education. In the U.S., we have passed 20 state laws and more than 70 local laws protecting minors from conversion therapy.
