thank you for helping Cambodian children and youth

happy and healthy
Hello from everyone at M’Lop Tapang.
We wanted to say thank you again for the donations you’ve given to support the work we do at M’Lop Tapang. Your gifts are truly making a difference for hundreds of vulnerable Cambodian children, youth, and families here in Sihanoukville.
I know you can’t easily visit us here and see just how much your generosity is helping so I wanted to pass along a couple of short videos in the links at the bottom of this letter to give you a glimpse into some of what we do. The first is a look at what it takes to prepare lunch every day for children and youth in our education and training programs. The second video is of our Mobile Library program that reaches disadvantaged children in villages and neighborhoods around Sihanoukville.
Again, thank you very much for you support and if you do ever have any questions or comments please don’t hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
We wanted to say thank you again for you support and donations to our food program and helping to make sure that children and youth in education and training programs have a healthy, hot lunch.
Lunchtime is one of the busiest times of the day at M’Lop Tapang’s Education Center. Since you can’t be here to see it for yourself we put together a very short video that I hope you will enjoy viewing and give you a glimpse into how your donations are used (and a few cooking tips if you ever have to prepare lunch for 500 hungry kids). The link to the video is at the bottom of this letter.
Your support is truly making a difference for children like 13 year old Vibol and his two younger brothers. There are among the hundreds of children that are receiving nutritious hot lunches. These three brothers come from a very poor family and until recently were not going to school but are now in our education program to help them catch up with their studies. Knowing that they can have a hot lunch is a big incentive for coming to class every day.
I wanted to write and say thank you again for your donations that are helping vulnerable children here in Sihanoukville that M’Lop Tapang works with.
Because of your generosity, children like 10-year old Lavouch* is going to school for the first time ever. From an early age his parents noticed that the young boy had difficulty learning and were always afraid to send him to school because they were concerned that he would have problems with the other children and get into fights. Instead of going to school Lavouch stayed at home by himself and his dog while his parents went to work. Last month Lavouch joined a designated class at our Education Center for children with learning and behavioral problems. His teachers report that there have not been any problems with other children in the class, his parents are very happy for him to be finally starting school, and Lavouch is making new friends. Your gifts have helped us to provide emergency shelter, medical care, sports and arts, education and training, counseling, family support and protection from abuse for thousands of disadvantaged children and their families and I am very happy to share M’Lop Tapang’s 2016 Annual Report with you that explains how in a little more detail . There is a link to the report at the bottom of this letter.
Again, from all of us at M’Lop Tapang, thank you so very much for your support. As always, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email me at: email@example.com
