An Impact: Meet with SHEELA.....
SHEELA (Name Changed) is 28 years old and is from Dalit community and lives in DUNGARIYA KALA. Sushila Devi faces a lot of village community troubles as she is Dalit. In her family, she has her husband with two sons and a daughter. Her husband does labour work to fulfill the financial needs of her family. She faced a lot of problems from the starting in which no education and child marriage were the two biggest problems for her. She wanted to earn for her family but this was a dream for her.
RSKS INDIA made her dream come true. By the RSKS INDIA organized a garment making training program in her village and SHEELA participated in that. From this training program, she can make her dreams come true. From the 5 month training and the 5 hour hard work, SHEELA learned the cutting and sewing of designer dresses. With this training, she learned the stitching of designer blouse, skirt, lehanga, salwar, rajasthani dress etc. She used to do sewing at home after training.
After the end of the training, she is sewing the dresses of her family members and nearby people while remaining at home and also do the household works. She gained confidence due to this training and she can also work for longer hours now. Now her dream has been fulfilled. Now she works with confidence and delivers her order in time to earn 350-400 rupees per day. She uses this money on all the financial activities of her house and also save the money in her bank account. Now her dream is to open a sewing shop in the village market and she is working for that dream from now.

An Impact: Meet with NEETU.....
NEETU (Name Changed) is 23 years old and she lives in the remote area of the city which is Pratap Nagar. She is a school dropout. Her father works in a factory and mother is housewife and she has 3 sisters and 1 brother. Her father is the only person earning in her house. Because of the poor financial status of her family she was illiterate. Neetu was interested in beauty parlour from her childhood. In today’s time the cost of learning beauty parlour course is very high and because of this she never got a chance to learn beauty parlour course. She saw that this dream of her can never happen.
RSKS INDIA came with a beautiful opportunity for Neetu. With the help of GG, RSKS INDIA had a beauty parlour course in Pratap Nagar and it was cost free so Neetu was very happy seeing this. Neetu filled the form for this course with excitement. In this three month beauty parlour course, Neetu learned all the details about beauty parlour activities in which facial, makeup, bride grooming, Mehndi, eyebrow, massage, hair cutting etc were taught. The medium of this course was both firstly taught then experimented and because of this Neetu was able to understand this better. She made eyebrows and gave massage to the nearby people while her training was going on. Because of her sweet nature she was the favorite of every person in the course.
Now her dream has come true as after this training she started her work at her home only. At the time of marriage occasions, Neetu is being called for makeup and Mehndi. She is earning 500-700 daily by doing beauty parlour work at home. Now she is very happy as she is working in her choice of field and also her dream come true.
