Extra-ordinary meetings shall be held when the need arises.To provide adequate education to these children to make them good citizens and have a better future through good education right from a tender age To create awareness to the community and the outside world the need to protect and support the vulnerable children and the orphans as well as protecting their rights. Education: Rehabilitating Street/orphans children through literacy, life skills and counseling programmes Sponsoring rehabilitated children in formal schools for further education.Training Street/orphans children in work skills for self-reliance. Teaching mothers / guardians of children literacy lessons twice a week. Health: Operating the MOCC clinic for the Vulnerable/ Street/orphans children and their families Conducting education and awareness programmes on personal hygiene HIV/AIDS/STDs and sanitation Providing family planning and immunization for the Mariakani Community.Social: Counseling Street/orphans children and their parents on a regular basis.Resettling Street/orphans children and their families back to the rural areas .Collaborating with the local community, other NGOs and government line departments. Feeding Street/orphans children who come to the project on a regular basis Organizing community education and awareness programmes on the plight of Street/orphans children. Agriculture: Growing cash and food crops on the MOCC farm.Keeping dairy animals on the farm .Keeping poultry for sale. To train Street/orphans children in agricultural skills. Finance: Fundraising for the different CBO projects. Renting out shops for local income .Empowering families of Street/orphans children with income generating activities.Construction of the various components of the Eight classroom building., Administration block, Dining/Kitchen/Store, 2-Dominitories,Girls/Boys, Waste,Water sewage, Water Supply( Drilling of a borehole), The Parent Teachers Association committee members, Project Supervisor, the Pedagogic adviser and Project Site Foreman Hold weekly meetings to plan works to be done and also to evaluate works already done.
