Home at Last Humane Society

Home at Last Humane Society believes that every life is precious and is dedicated to rehoming orphaned animals and providing spay and nueter services at no or low cost to our community. HAL also advocates for the humane treatment of animals. HAL is a high save shelter and does not euthanize animals for space. HAL has a bottles and cans program that, to date for 2012, has raised $57,000 for our community spay/nueter program. HAL has a mobile spay/neuter clinic. HAL processes all dog licenses for Wasco County. HAL offers microchip, rabies and vaccination clinics each year.
