Dear Donor, As we have previously reported to you, we were supporting 146 students in our school through your support. Without your support we could have not reach to where we are and we salute YOU once again for your continuous support. As at today the 26th September 2018,we are reaching to 116, why the reduction in number? We were having the school to primary 1 but due to the lack of space we need to hold on the primary 1 and this had been a great disappointment to the parents and us. This has happened since the situation is beyond our control – funding to get appropriate space classroom for them. We talked to one school and gave the student to them - the primary 1 students who were going to primary 2 and the Kindergarten 2 students who were transition to Primary 1. So our number now stands at 116 with our current pressing avenue issue. We are still working hard to keep the school open. We appreciate YOU all for your support. December is just at the corner to face our landlord, so far we one donor who is giving us monthly donation of $100. We need to raise $10000 . We have a micro project also here which will expire in next 36 days: Please we need your help to keep the school for the 116 reminding students at PEI. We have our detailed project proposal writing, would you like to have a look? Thank you for time to read this update and that you would share this and support us once again. You are our last resort now and we call for your help.

Thank you

Each Time We Open a Book, We learn Something New

Every time we open a book, we learn something new: a beautiful story, or a fairy tale, or something new totally out of the box. We can get so much exposure just by turning the page.

Once a great leader, Mr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, former President of India, truly said:

“Learning gives creativity, creativity leads to thinking, thinking provides knowledge, and knowledge makes you great.”

Knowledge is not only bound in the syllabus or in the customized curriculum, there is always more for youths who are thirsting for it.  In Accra, specifically in the GBAWE community, there is a dire need for a library, as it will provide the children, adolescents, and youths the tools to reach their potential and  fulfill their dreams.

PEI aims to create an enabling environment for children, teenagers, and adults to fully develop their human potential through the appreciation of literature and literacy.  The library project  ensures that the literacy rate in the community goes up.

As we have to provide you update about this project.  We are still in the process of locating resources to fully commence this project.  The eReaders we have now, we are using it in our school.

We have full proposal for this project been written, please would it interest you to learn more about this project?

Would you please help to share this project? We are in need of sponsors and volunteers to work on this project.

Thank you

Our Donors,

We the staff and students here at PAAJAF Foundation school  will continuously express our sincere appreciation to you for your pass benevolentness towards us - our scholarship school at Gbawe in Ghana.

In fact, your donation has sustained the school from inception to today as I am writing to you.  The school is now in examination weeks and will vacate for the 3rd term break on August 8, and will resume   on September 4, 2018 to start the 2018/2019 academic year.

As YOU are our partner in this project - by making great changes from your distance- YOU commendable and we need to respect and appreciate you as well as mentioning you wherever possible.  We value YOUR investment a lot, it is mandatory to update you to see how things are going on at the project site due to your investment into the education of the lives of children at Gbawe, Ghana.

As previously reported, as at today July 23, 2018.  We are still maintaining the 145 students we have in the school.  The children are aged 2 - 7 years. Currently it is from Creche to Primary 1.  September 4, 2018, we have decided to hold on the primary 1, due to lack of space in our current venue and no fund to locate space. Unfortunately, the parents/guardians of these children/students are been disturbed but we don’t have option till support is received. Do YOU please have any input or question since you also own this project that is why we have been updating you?

As we also reported to YOU about our current situation of our school venue. We are in a rented premises and the rent expires on December 14, 2018 and the LandLord has asked us to move from the premises if we could not afford to pay the rent.  In fact, we have no fund to pay it now and if no intervention is received the school will shout-down.

Fortunately, we have got one anonymous  donor have started giving us a monthly donation of $100 towards this and July 16, we have received another one-time donation of $20 which also we value it as lot and contributes to it. We would like to appeal to you all our previous donors and our future donors to come to our to aid to raise the current balance of this project which is $3205 to contribute towards it.  Though we need $10,000 as we are looking for other avenues to reach this goal.

Once again, we THANK YOU all for the great support and the trust YOU have got to invest in your project.
