The Palestinian village of Al Aqaba, a model village, is challenged by Israeli military training nearby, threat of house demolitions, and now the Covid-19 pandemic. Their vibrant kindergarten plays a vital role for vulnerable children and their families. It is the beating heart and guardian of the village, protecting it from demolition per a ruling from Israel's High Court. Provide scholarships for Al Aqaba's kindergarteners. Give them a great start & keep this peaceful village standing.
Only 30% of children who start primary school education reach grade six at the correct age and even less go onto secondary school. Having provided education for 3,000 children to date we are now concentrating on putting between 600-1000 students through secondary school and college over the next ten years. Due to COVID-19 we aim to provide hand sanitizer and soap over the long-term for all our students for when they enter and leave the schools each day to reassure parents that it is safe.

In Vietnam, 2,000 children die on the roads each year. To address this situation, this project will instill safe road habits in 1,500 Vietnamese children by providing helmets, training teachers on effective education techniques, engineering safety into school environments, and raising community awareness of road safety. Not only do these interventions ensure that students can get to school safely; in the long-term, these healthy habits will serve to improve the entire road system in Vietnam.
