Certificate of government registration

  • Issued by a government office, stamped and/or signed
  • Shows registration as a charitable organization in your country

Founding document (constitution, articles of association, charter, by-laws, trust deed, etc.)

  • Stamped by a government agency and/or signed by your Board Members
  • Includes a dissolution clause that explains the disposal of your organization's assets in the event of dissolution

Program materials

  • Materials that show your organization’s activities and achievements (ex. Annual reports, brochures, newsletters, articles, etc.)

Financial information

  • Financial statements for the last two fiscal years, audited or unaudited
  • Must detail sources of income and expenses

Projected budget

  • Projected budget for the current year
  • Must detail sources of income and expenses

Senior staff and board members

  • First and last name of senior staff and board members

Bank information

  • Bank account information for an account in the name of the organization (account number, bank name, bank address, SWIFT code)
  • Cannot be a personal bank account
