We’re looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to help us maintain operational excellence with Salesforce and other commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions that we plan to implement later this year.
This new role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce administrator who is deeply committed to “customer-first” and is eager to learn new enterprise business platforms, for which we'll provide relevant training, certifications, and on the job experience.
As GlobalGiving’s Systems Administrator, you’ll partner closely with internal business teams throughout the organization to ensure optimal performance of Salesforce and other systems (e.g., HubSpot and Fluxx Grants Management) by managing ongoing workflows, reporting, and data management as our business needs and processes evolve.

Salary range: $65k to $78k
This is a full-time position on GlobalGiving’s Product and Tech team and will be filled remotely for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. Once in-office operations can safely resume, this role can either be based in GlobalGiving’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. or continue to operate remotely.
