Billing and Revenue Associate

GlobalGiving is looking for a Billing & Revenue Associate to join our team. This position reports to the Billing & Revenue Manager. You will be responsible for helping to ensure corporate partners are invoiced appropriately, reconciling various accounting functions, and related administrative tasks as identified.. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of corporate, nonprofit, and internal partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete monthly and on-demand invoicing cycle including fulfilling corporate partner billing requirements
  • Reconcile corporate partner activity including gift card purchases, suspense accounts and underwriting activity
  • Record and reconcile corporate partner activity to ERP system
  • Support the accounts payable process including payables, expense report, and corporate card recording
  • Maintain supplier and vendor forms, setups, and contacts
  • Support GlobalGiving and corporate partner donor advised funds processes
  • Support corporate onboarding, bulk uploads and other corporate partner administrative tasks as needed
  • Support other regular bookkeeping, administrative, and collections tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

In addition, the ideal candidate would also have some or all of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Financial and/or administrative experience
  • Experience with CRM/Billing software strongly preferred (eg. Salesforce + Netsuite)
  • Experience with Metabase, MySQL and/or databases strongly a plus

Salary + Benefits

Salary range: $50k to $55k

This is a full-time position reporting to the Billing and Revenue Manager and will be filled remotely for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. Once in-office operations can safely resume, this role will be based in GlobalGiving’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. The option to work 1-2 days remotely is available. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
