Concerns are sent directly to the GlobalGiving Investigation Team, a small cross-functional team comprised of staff who focus on vetting and monitoring the GlobalGiving community.
The Investigation Team will email you at the address provided in the form within seven business days of form submission to confirm receipt, ask for more information if needed, and allow you to communicate directly with the Team.
GlobalGiving keeps records of all concerns filed with us regardless of the outcome of the case.
Information about your identity as the source of the concern is kept confidential within GlobalGiving. GlobalGiving will not share this information with the organization of concern or with parties outside of GlobalGiving without your explicit consent.
