It also helps us stop abusing drugs. We use life skills to control our own behaviour and to find many ways of bringing difficult situation to an end. Two years ago there was a boy who died because of drug abuse. He use to drink alcohol such that he didn't sobber well. We can also use confidence and to communicate in making information ideas and feelings which known to someone else and we can also make up our mind on what to do about something in which help us in decision making.
