Primary Fee Fiasco

Gone were the days when we used to pay the primary school fees. Most of the government owned schools had fever pupils since the numbers of pupils whose parents could afford the fees were few. The lucky ones however had the opportunity at least to learn once or twice in a classroom before being added on top of the fees together with that of uniform, the cost of education was way higher than most of us could afford. That's when the government stepped up to give a helping hand to its people in terms of education. The government authorised that primary school be free of charge and this boosted the morale for most parents to educate their children.
