Due to the number of HIV/AIDS cases at Kitovu hospital, Kitovu Diosece thought it wise to form an organisation to adress this Kitovu Home Mobile care was formed, and its aim was to help the orphans whose parents died of AIDS. This organisation provided free education to those children at all levels Kitovu Home mobile care also provides ARVs to AIDS patients to reduce on its rapid multiplication. it also have prevent - mother- to child transmission to save the young generation from this rampage
