There was a team of workers for WHO who came to our village kachen sub county in moroto district they were looking for individual in need to help in promoting health sector which was advertised by world health organisation then one day since i was well known that village the LCI approached me and told me you are blessed there is something for you to do it changed my life since i was give some token of appreciation form that small work which i used for catering for my Brothers and sisters at home with necessities such as food beddings since that time in karamoda there was high outbreak of calamities like draught and by that time there was no money form my parent.The W.H.O help my family so much and due to that i attained experience in health promotions and teaching my neighbours who could not have health hazzards use suffers from diseases associated with sanitation when helped in improving the sanitation of the place.
