FINCA: This is an organisation in masaka which has developed many people in masake especially women who are mostly involved in groups and always keep their money in FINCA as well as geting credites from the organisation in case of any imidiate problem. It also helps in teaching people social and community services like how to become a good farmer, how to conserve the garden and also teaching people good farming methods.It also helps children as well because many parents get their children involved in this organisations keeping an little money they could have which has developed responsibility in them and developed their chances of not being illitrate.
