A Chance To Learn

Being in a community that is poverty strickens actually enables one to have a clear and a better view of his future.But when one has to see a clear and better feature all that is needed is education. Actually education is what differentiates between a man and a reall man. Many reached the secondary level and had to drop. The government through their parliamentary offices introduced the "CDF". The CDF in full ment Community Development Fund.Under CDF fell a category of Bursary fund .The Bursary fund was to ensure each child was entitled to a certain amount of money that was used to clear the fees balances. Actually it worked as many reduced their fee areas huge same even known by the world bank to zero. Many now are doctors, proffesors to be and some persuing their degree lessons through this funds.
