Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Let The Poor Remain Poorer

Agood number of organisations have come out of the view of rescuing people from the problem of poverty. Many of them has asked the borrowers to raise some funds to act as security before they are offered loans. UGAFORD is one of those institutions who asked for money as security before giving any loan to any member. Many members have raised this much and some have been denied loans and those who failed to raise the required amount of money as security were totally eliminated from the system hence the poor remained poorer.
