Community Driven development is a government programme for poverty alliviation goal. The community have to form group filled in form from community development officers They give that form to only registered CBOs and there are procedures which if under go for approval and to equality to get that cheque senior community development officer and his clicks orm his goast groups which were not registered and didn't past through the rightfull procedures and cheque were written in their favour worth 6 million shillings but they were recorganized that it was goast group which doesn't exist and there were arested.
