Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Food Shortage

In most parts of kenya there is lack of enough food to feed the high population. The rates of birth is growing rapidly. People are becoming many with little food to feed on. Different organisations have tried to supply residents with different planting materials to start gardens but have failed. In Kenya Nairobi, there are a group of farmers from the ministry of agriculture who are educating the public on how to start a garden in a sac to plant vegetables. Not only vegetables but also onions and tomatoes. The garden in a sac project has enabled many people to depend on their own for vegetables. The money saved is used for other purposes. The Kenyan government is helping by providing the the bags and fertilizers to those willing to take part in the project.
