Sports & Games Mathare

Mathare is a hub of several activities. Sports being the main activity that people especially the youth and main engagein. Sport is highly raelled in Mathare bearing in mind that Mathare is the mother to Mathare United which is a football club in the Kenya Premier League. That alone encourages several youths who are football hapynes to to engage so much in sports. There are also several organisations that involve themselves in sports. They organise championships and give presents to the winning teams. The presents given include football uneyorms shorts, shorts and even soul and boots. Some organisations also offer parttime sponsership or fuel sponsership to discrib players. There are also other people elyouths who play for cash and theirs helps them to earn a wring.
