Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

The Fee Balance

I am glad because Narocho Vivian, my aunt who works with Kenya National Bureau of Statistics at the headquarter offices in Nairobi. She really helped me alot at a time when I desperately wanted my college certificate from my former college; Kilimambogo Teachers Training college. I still owed the college a fee balance of about twelve thousand by the time I left the college and so at the time of collecting my certificate, I couldn't be given because they wanted me to clear the fees. I simply rung my aunt and explained to her my situation and to my surprise, she even didn't ask question. She sent the money to me via M-Pesa together with my fare from Busia to kilimambogo and back. I got my certificate which I last month used to apply for my TSC number.
