Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Daughter Caren

Low self esteem is something that can lower performance of a person or even make a person to separate him or herself from the rest of the population. For very many years my daughter Caren Musimbi had refused to apply for a job even though she had a degree in economics and also a (PACK) level certificate. This was because she had been involved in an accident that left her lame a year after she had graduated that is in 2001. However this year her mother and I had to counsell her and tell her that she was a worth competitor and candidate who was able to perform better than her fellow colleagues who were not lame. We really did alot of work to motivate and encourage her. Finally she accepted and she applied for a job with the IPA and she qualified and even got the job. Today she is doing very well at her place of work.
