Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Struggle Against Oppression

People from the Arab world are trying to bring down dictatorial regimes and risking their lives to establish democracies in which all citizens can have a say. Despotic rulers in those countries have stolen billions of dollars and deposited them in banks in the West. The people of Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen and Bahrain appear ready to make every sacrifice to replace autocratic politicians that have ruled them with an iron fist for decades. Majority of the people living in the Middle East and North Africa believe in Islam, a religion that instructs Muslims to help the deprived and the oppressed people wherever they are. Most people across the globe support the democracy agitation movements. Time has come to eradicate oppression in every corner of the globe. Everyone should join the struggle against oppression so that we can make a better world and create a truly advanced civilization that allows all human beings to live in dignity.
