Economic Empowerment

Kajulu area is known for quarry bussiness,people from outside the area invaded the area for the business Area residents formed a co-operativeto take care of the interest in the business they mobilized people to contribute money to buy equipment to enter in the business of carvins building stones.They went out to take orders/tenders from contractors and workers started by doing so, many youth got employment.Those who were employed by outsiders as casual at a small fee,left and joined their locals.The outsiders had to live as they no longer had business.The local people had control over the quarry.This was a noble idea that beneffited the local residents.
