In mombasa, the was once an earthquake that terribly hit the indian ocean and those were affected are the ressidents who live near the shores/beaches of the indian ocean. This is because the tides in the ocean went high and water was overflowing up to the near by beaches covering plnats and destroying property. the government of Kenya throug the Kenya Navy and the Councill of Mombasa tried to save the situation by ressetling those who were affected by the scenerio. They provided land for resstlement in better places and provided them with free food, clothing, blankets, water and other essential needs it was a success.
