Fire In Nairobi

There are several slums in Kisumu and they are not well spaced. The number of fires in Nairobi and its environs is alarming rate. The infernos only strike in slums with unreasonable causes given. Unfortunately, no lasting solutions are found. We all Know the main causes among them illegal connections of electricity poor building materials and encroachments on road reserves. A program on slum upgrading was launched raising hopes of many. We are not yet to see action. The gap between rich and poor is widening which each rising of the sun. Though some accident cannot prevented the government and people should work together to curb such disasters.
