Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

The Day I Will Never Forget

It was January and cold. The fog seemed so thick. It could be cat with a knife I woke up at 6 cursing my misfortune and having to leave the comfort and warmth of my quilt and having to brave the stinging cold outside. The day I met a woman who was looking for a house helper. She told me she was from her cousin to take her for a job in Karen and she has not found her. We talked and I told her my problem and immediately I was taken. I did an interview, the while woman accepted me. I had gone many years without job. Now I am employed. Thanks to the woman.
