Plastics, Polythene Bags A Big Menace

Almost all streets and roads are littered with plastics tins and used polythene bags.These papers are harmful to the environment.When burnt they emit harmful smoke to the atmosphere which affects to ozone layer.The government should fund the Webuye paper Mills which has backslided few years ago and make it mandatory for manufacturing and packaging companies to pack their commodities with paper from the factory to avoid any possible damage. It is advisable for the local Government minister to enforce rubs on disposal of plastic and polythene papers. This wasy to environment will remain clean and grean.
