Microfinance's High Interests

There is a microfinance but they borrow money to the groups of about 10 people and above but the intrest is very high after paying the loan like 3-4 month they tell you to go back and borrow another loan for school fees then after there you have a chance to pay 2 loans at once, one for weekly and another for months. The villagers need that idea but they can not respond because the small capital they have in their bussines. So they need some good knowledge to know how to pay the loans.
