There is a small Association that was formed by educated men and women of tow neighbour village this association is significant and has tried to change the way these village of Bulega and Makindu in Bukuwe District Buimme senth consitency Najja Country and the two respond villages live by providing plating mantenals such as pineaples,consava stem cutting which they sell and earn money for buying of other basic essential needs.On top of the above they introduced cheep solar system whereby member pay a give little a member and even in indtalment for a long period of time active the solar syatem term job decensis apperaciated
