Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

The Struggle

"Nothing comes on a silver plate" is a proverb that my mother kept on telling me every time, she told me to work hard hard in my studies. At times i would quarrel with him just because she was telling me to work hard. Everyday came with it's sturbonness, tomorrow i would miss school, another day i was involved in a strike, another fighting with the teacher. My mother always cried in pain and it was until i finished my form four that i knew she was trying to help me. My D- grade could not help me by any means a time came when even no college could admit me because of the poor grade i had got and so i had to beg to be taken back to school to start up a gain in form one and lucky enough she accepted and since then i have never joked with life again.
