First of all he has improves our roads hence leading to a good transport network in various part of our constitution.long time ago the roads were poorly constructed that led to more accident that looses the life of many people causing many injuries.But now the road has becomes very good many people drove without any damage or accident causing at.may God bless the work that has been yolled by Hon Noah.
