Butanda's Problem

In Butanda primary school pupils could not do well because the teachers did not take much interest in the pupils they did not care whether the pupils were given enough homework or even did the homework they had been given. So the ICS organisation came up with a way of motivating the teachers so that they could do what was required to be done. They would give out present to teachers whose subjects did well and would motivate the teachers through this all teachers started to work hard in there various subjects
