How Chulans Do

there is injustice act that occurred this year when a man was caught stealing sufuria at a place called chula in that area they that they don't encourage such behaviors in their area . so what the will do i just to kill the man and to leave him there .so people fro,m the crowd when they heard such a comment they said that the guys were just joking they cannot kill someone because of such a small thingbut they were surprised when those guys gutsy just killed the thief mercilesslywithout joke and left him their so this thing was so surprising even i didn't know what to comment about that injustice incised they would have even took the guy to the police station instead of killing him.
