Kofi Annan was the 7th secretary of the united nations. born on 8th April 1938 is a Ghanaian diplomat who served as the 7th secretary general of the united nations from 1st January 1997 to 31st december 2006. Annan and the united nation were the co-operation of the 2001 nobel peace prize for his founding the Global Aids and wealth fund to support development countries in the struggle to care for their people. Also Annan has done a good job for bringing peace in Kenya in 2007 when there was violence. he is a great man and has been blessed for his work.
