Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

The Food Prices Demonstration

The current situation in the world is proving to be so difficult. The food prices have gone up and the rate of inflation is going up in most parts of the world even the world's super power America has been experiencing some financial struggles and the situation here in Uganda was not different. The prices of commodities have gone up drastically and so each and everyday the possibilities of having a three day meal are going down.As a Kenyan student in Uganda,I have to try my best to minimise my spending but as for others, they take to the streets to demonstrate against the Ugandan government and all i have to do is sit down as the demonstrations get hot in the streets of Kampala with many getting arrested and beaten up but can all this demonstrations help though at times they do help so as to push the government to do something.
