Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

A Tragedy

In our community in Mt Elgon District there once existed a tribal fight among ourselves. The community fought over land and chasing away members of their own community, the people had no place to stay. As a result the people had no food to eat their property was lost and at some extent people lost their lives. People starved and due to the insecurity in thee region the government tried and take charge on the people who were inciting others and bring out the problem. It successfully accomplished its goal of cracking down the tribalistic war. After all had cooled down the people were the one who had a problem. Their children had no where to attend their schooling. Teachers who were unable to attend the students in their education centers. Fortunately the Kenya Redcross stepped in and sorted out the whole issue by providing relief food to the community and building up for the people new place for shelter and supporting the government in providing security.
